At Gumbies, we want you to love your new footwear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our team is here to ensure your journey with us remains comfortable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn Gumbies in their original box and secure them in a durable mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
